Instructions for Direct Shipper Annual Report
  1. DBA Search: Search for and select the license by DBA. License Number and License Type will be filled in based on the license selected.
  2. Year: Select the year you are reporting on. You have until January 31st to report on the previous year.
  3. File: Click the Browse button to upload your file. Maximum file size is 15MB. If your file is over 15MB, please split the file into multiple parts and upload them separately.
